Letting go is a lesson in Self- Love, and Truth!

Learning to let Go, to discover Self!

Recently I learned a very insightful life lesson, it has freed me from draining negative relationships, and taught me about the importance of boundaries, and self- respect. I learned that my Light, my presence affects others, as I refuse to wear a mask, to not accept the truth, I love unconditionally in all of my relationships, no judgement, it’s just me, it’s my personal truth, I do not need a mask, because I sincerely do not need to control another, just have the intent of loving that person, unconditionally, even when it’s not reciprocal, so when it is not accepted, I had to say my truth, “ Enough”, out loud finally, no anger, just my personal truth, because I allowed this individual to teach me about draining my life force energy, through their recitative behavior, and this truth has FREED me, and I’m extremely grateful. After, I honestly observed just how my heart felt every time that individual disregarded my feeling, acted poorly, couldn’t provide the same empathy that I showed them daily, and uplifted them without ever a selfish intent, I realized that they never saw me, only what I was able to provide with emotion energy, and encouragement. I noticed that there was no reciprocity, no joy, it was like walking on egg shells, every conversation, and the behavior never changed, it was like a broken record, skipping, repeating, skipping, repeating! She taught me boundaries, and self- love. I forgave her, but I couldn’t accept the same old, same old, and my soul wanted more in my friendships, I wanted authenticity, and I finally liberated myself. I learned that we can’t help others to heal, especially if the individual doesn’t realize there is an issue, and I discovered the truth, that individual was still wearing her mask, and was completely o.k. with taking no responsibility for their choices, of lack of self-control, and I don’t hurt anymore, I appreciate the liberation of finding myself! I thank them for exposing me to their storm, so that I could be a master of transforming pain! Freedom is letting go of things that do not bring joy to my life, and I discovered a deep peace within, it’s PRICELESS, and my light is still going to shine, with or without this person! And frankly, sometime individuals are just who they are, but that doesn’t mean that to love them, you should allow them to upset or drain you!
